Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Regular NEW orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in unused/like new condition.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

•  This includes special items that we would not normally stock “in house”, items that need to be special ordered in, or services done to your carburetor.

Please notify Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors by phone before the return.

The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured.

Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a 30% re-stocking or repair

fee if the item has been at all damaged, worn, misused and is not in the original box.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work

with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. If you have any issues with

our products, please call Mark to discuss any and all repairs and tuning issues.
