Welcome to the Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors website. By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. About Our Products and Services

Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors specializes exclusively in E85 carburetors, conversions, and related performance services. All carburetors are built or modified based on proven calibrations developed through years of research, development, and real-world racing experience.

Due to the custom nature of our work, results may vary based on engine setup, vehicle condition, fuel quality, tuning, installation, and use.

2. Custom and Performance Use Disclaimer

All products and services offered by MSE85 are intended for performance and racing applications. Many products are not emissions-compliant and may not be legal for street use in all states or jurisdictions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Verify legality for their location and application
Ensure proper installation and tuning
Use products safely and appropriately

MSE85 is not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or use outside intended applications.

3. Orders, Custom Builds, and Conversions

Most MSE85 products are custom built or modified based on customer-provided specifications. Because of this:

All sales are considered final once work has begun
Custom builds and conversions are non-refundable
Changes requested after work has started may result in additional charges

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on all spec sheets and order forms.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for properly packaging carburetors shipped to MSE85. We strongly advise following the shipping instructions provided on our website.

MSE85 is not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper packaging
Damage or loss during shipping to or from our facility

Once a product leaves our shop, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

5. Refresh and Update Recommendation

Due to ongoing research and development, MSE85 may recommend periodic refreshes or updates to carburetors.

However:

If your carburetor is functioning properly and meeting your performance goals, do not send it in solely for updates
MSE85 will not alter a carburetor that is already performing as intended without customer approval

6. No Guarantee of Performance Results

While our carburetors are built using proven calibrations with a strong track record, no specific performance outcome is guaranteed. Variables beyond our control can affect results, including but not limited to engine condition, tuning, weather, fuel quality, and driving habits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and calibration concepts, is the property of Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Website Use and Accuracy

We strive to keep all website information accurate and up to date. However, MSE85 does not guarantee that all content is error-free or current. We reserve the right to update pricing, product details, and policies at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or installation of products
Performance outcomes or vehicle damage

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Regular NEW orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in unused/like new condition.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes special items that we would not normally stock “in house”, items that need

to be special ordered in, or services done to your carburetor.

Special orders are non-returnable.

Please notify Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors by phone before the return.

The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured.

Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a 30% re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged, worn, misused and is not in the original box.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. If you have any issues with our products, please call Mark to discuss any and all repairs and tuning issues.
