Our Champion Series (1050 Dominator) are results of satisfied customers, and proven calibrations that have led to numerous track and National Championships.
Our carburetor build starts with a 4500 Holley Gen 3 Ultra Dominator carburetor, featuring a new main body, new state-of-the-art
E85 calibrations, and high-volume HP fuel bowls.
Some of the features of this carburetor include:
*Custom E85 Calibration built to specific requirements.
*External linkage
* Main body height increased by 5/16 in. compared to previous generation
* Optimized design for larger radius air to deliver smoother flow into Venturi
* Power valve channel restrictors, are now machined lower in the
metering blocks to enhance fuel delivery to the power valve circuit., if required.
* Fuel bowls excess material removed for increased fuel capacity
* 20 percent greater fuel capacity compared to traditional V-bowl, eliminating fuel starvation and providing consistent air/fuel ratios.
* Fuel shelf is positioned below the needle and seat to minimize fuel aeration and promote more consistent metering.
* Fuel trough designed into the floor of the bowl to route fuel flow directly to the jets and assist in keeping them covered by fuel.
* Designed for use on drag race, Pro Street, or any
high-horsepower engines
* Dual 50cc accelerator pumps

At Mark Sullens E85 Carburetors, our work does not stop once a carburetor leaves the shop. E85 technology continues to evolve, and our research and development evolve right along with it.
Because of that, we may recommend a Refresh and update every few years to take advantage of improvements developed since your carburetor was originally built.
That being said, if your carburetor is running properly and you are satisfied with its performance, do not send it in. We do not believe in changing something that is already doing exactly what you want it to do.

Refreshes are optional, not automatic. Our goal is performance, consistency, and reliability, not unnecessary changes.

Packing and Shipping a Carburetor:
***Please read before packing and shipping***
A carburetor is a precision component. How it is packed matters. If you have a carburetor-specific shipping box, use it. These boxes are designed to support the carburetor properly and prevent movement during transit. You must use a sturdy regular box and pack the carburetor correctly.
If the box rattles when shaken, it's not packed correctly.
Do not use:
These materials break apart, migrate into the carburetor, and cause contamination.
This is a hard NO. :-)
Inside the box, include:
Please do not rely on memory or past builds. Do not assume we “already know.” Please ask for our new shipping address.
Each carburetor is treated as its own build. Carburetors received without a completed spec sheet may be delayed until the required information is provided.
Final Reminder
Spec sheet/ payment in the box. Carburetor wrapped in plastic wrap. Cardboard and proper supplies. No movement. No bubble wrap.
No foam.
If your combo changed, your spec sheet needs to change too.
